Jürgen has more than 23 years of consultancy experience in telecommunication and automotive industries. Out of these 23 years he gained more than 15 years extensive experience in automotive process management. He did perform many internal ASPICE Assessments, Potential analysis and GAP analysis with German OEMs as well as their suppliers. Jürgen did support various clients to improve their internal development processes in process improvement programs helping to achieve process capability levels from 1 up to 3. He did also gain experience as an engineer in different development disciplines such as Testing, Project Management, Configuration Management, Requirements Management, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Change Management and Problem Management, just to name a few.
